Koh Lipe
Koh Lipe is a tiny island about 43.5 miles (70km) southwest of Thailand in the Andaman Sea near the Malaysian border. The island is within the Tarutao National Marine Park and is known for its pristine beaches, unspoiled landscapes and laid-back atmosphere. It is a premier scuba diving and snorkelling destination as 25 percent of the world’s tropical fish species can be found in its coral reefs. Ko Lipe can only be accessed by boat or ferry from nearby islands.

The most convenient way to get from A to B is to take a taxi. Using apps like Grab and inDrive are a popular choice when in Thailand.
When it came to island hopping I quickly found that 12GO Asia was perfect. The app allows you to book ferries and speedboats to get from one island to another.
Long distance travel was made much easier when I was able to catch a flight. The app I used was Skyscanner and they offered several different airlines with various flight times.
